A-Buddha said, ‘ Identity dharma-law shows that thought and think are at Nil-notion to remember dharma-law mind after mind(念、無念念), thinking is at Nil-notion to cerebrate dharma-law mind after mind(行、無行行), words is at Nil-notion to deliver a preaching one after one(言、無言言), actualizing is at Nil-notion to make charity deeds by ones(修、無修修), when doer fulfills it, buddhi way is near; but the unbeliever does not fulfill it, buddhi way is far.
The buddhi doer fulfills buddhi-vow way to say buddhi-vow way and to preach buddhi-vow way, to stop ignorance, and then the mind to utilize matter to fulfill buddhi-vow way and doer is not tied by matter(斷，非物所拘); the difference in the least bit is a refusal of unbeliever(差之毫釐), the oversight in a short moment is one volition of the unbeliever.’.
